Parish Council Meetings
Williton parishioners are fully entitled to attend Full Parish or Committee meetings.
However, you are not entitled to speak during the Council meetings themselves, except during the Public Participation Notice period held before the start of each meeting. To speak during this time, you must give prior notice to the Clerk. If you wish to have an item raised at a Council meeting, you can request its inclusion on the agenda by writing to the Clerk of the Parish Council or by contacting her via the link provided on this website. Meeting Schedule:

Full Parish Council meetings are held monthly (except September) on the first Monday of each month.

The Environmental and Planning Committee meets on the second Monday of each month.

The Finance and Admin Committee meets on the third Monday of each month.

The Trustee of the Memorial Ground meets on the fourth Monday every other month.
Please note, there are no Committee meetings in August and December.
Meeting Locations and Times:
All Council meetings are held in the Parish Office at 2 Killick Way, next to the former library. The Annual Parish Assembly and occasionally Full Council meetings with high public interest are held in the Williton Pavilion. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm unless otherwise notified.
Special meetings are convened as needed for events such as Christmas festival planning and other projects.
